Shake X Factor

Vioside was entrusted with building a custom voting infrastructure and system where users can browse through news and contestants. When a user picks a contestant, they could shake their phone to confirm their vote. This communicates with our custom backend system to submit the vote.

In addition, Vioside designed a robust server architecture that could withstand the heavy loads that would come from the short period of voting sessions. Vioside was onsite at the event with the Vodafone team to monitor the event.
